# Multi-country

> Eight priced markets. Country from the E.164 number. Canada is operational +1, not marketed.

One API. The destination country is parsed from the phone number.

## Priced routes

From the live rate table (`GET /v1/pricing`) and [robase.dev/pricing](https://robase.dev/pricing). 1 credit = ₦6.

Where a country shows a range, the charge depends on the recipient's network (see `GET /v1/pricing` `networks`).

## Failover

Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Benin, and Ivory Coast have a primary and a fallback upstream. The United Kingdom and United States routes are currently single-provider.

## Operational, not marketed as extra coverage

* **Canada (`CA`)** is on the rate table at 10 credits and is not listed as a priced market.
* Other +1 NANP countries inherit the US route so those numbers keep sending (`db/migrations/036_nanp_country_routes.up.sql`). They are not listed as priced markets.

Need another African destination? It is added as a priced route — [contact](https://robase.dev/contact). Do not assume a 50-country list.

## Unsupported

A number we cannot route returns `400` with `country_not_supported`.
